Lincoln is a co-founder and Principal at Bell Rock Finance where he jointly oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations. Prior to co-founding Bell Rock Finance, Lincoln worked with Boomerang Capital Partners. Before that, Lincoln was an Associate Director at UBS in its Investment Banking Division, where he focused on fundraising and fund advisory for private equity fund sponsors. He received a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Spencer is a co-founder and Principal at Bell Rock Finance where he jointly oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations. Prior to co-founding Bell Rock Finance, Spencer worked with Boomerang Capital Partners for 8 years, most recently as Director of Lending Operations. Before that, Spencer opened the Arizona office for Cornerstone Wealth Management where he raised investor capital and consulted with new clients regarding their investment portfolios. He was previously a Manager at Deloitte and a Business Analyst with Intel Corporation. He received a BS in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
